Return decision | An administrative or judicial decision or act, stating or declaring the stay of a third-country national to be illegal and imposing or stating an obligation to return. |

Right to remedy | The third-country nationals have the right to an effective remedy, having the right to bring an action or a complaint before the competent authorities or courts of that Member State which refused the right of access to, or right of rectification, completion or erasure of data. It also applies in cases where requests for access, rectification, completion or erasure were not responded to within the deadlines or were never dealt with by the Data Controller. |
